The flat was fully renovated in 2018. Tastefully furnished by a Parisian interior designer, the place is not only warm and friendly, but stylish and functional as well.
The 22m2 kitchen and lounge area is bright, smart, convenient, and fully equipped of course. You will enjoy the counter and stools, comfortable sofa, and connected TV in the living-room allowing you to relax after a long day spent visiting tourist sites or leading professional meetings. On its side, the kitchenette is fitted with every daily appliance and accessory you may need during your stay: crockery, large refrigerator, induction hobs, coffee machine...
Our five luxury bedrooms can host up to ten people. Each bedroom is provided with a double bed, a desk area, a built-in wardrobe, a connected TV, a fan, and a broadband wired Internet connection. You can also lock each bedroom for more privacy.
For your convenience, the flat includes a shower room with a double washbasin, an Italian shower, and a toilet. A second small shower room and a separate toilet are also at your disposal.
This ground-floor flat opens on two small courtyards, offering calm and serenity for peaceful and restorative nights.
Located 300 meters away from Saint-Roch train station and less than five minutes’ walk from the bus and tramway lines, in the heart of Montpellier, the flat is perfect for a holiday as well as for a business trip.
Only a few steps away from the shops, you can also walk to the Écusson - the historical centre - and discover its numerous touristic highlights: you will find on one side the famous Place de la Comédie and the Esplanade Charles-de-Gaulle, and on the other side the wide pedestrian zone with its charming cobbled streets and colourful shop windows. In addition to the countless bars and restaurants of the busy streets, the main tourist attractions in the Écusson include the Jardin des plantes (historic botanical garden and arboretum) and the Atger Museum. Both places are parts of the Faculty of Medicine of Montpellier, which is the oldest active faculty of medicine in the world. You can also visit the gothic cathedral, dedicated to Saint Peter.
You will reach the Mediterranean beaches in only twenty minutes if you drive or thirty minutes with the tramway. The Hérault hinterland also has a lot to offer with a great number of fantastic sites to see: Salagou Lake, Hérault Gorges, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert for example are only a few of them.
