Please read the following carefully:

• The apartment entrance opens directly onto the street.

• Located in the heart of the city, this apartment is friendly, chic, and functional.
• It consists of a small bedroom, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and a mezzanine. Shops and transportation are nearby. The total area of ​​this apartment is 31 m2 on one level + 12 m2 of mezzanine. On the ground floor, the apartment opens directly onto the street. Access is through a French door of 2.5m x 3m, with no other opening than the door. The apartment is equipped with fans but can get warm in summer. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in the 25 m2 living room/kitchen, which is elegant, bright, practical, and fully equipped. The high table with high stools and the sofa bed (120x190) in the living room (suitable for 2 slim people) will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing or professional meetings. The kitchenette has all the essential equipment for daily use: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...

• Please note that the TVs are not connected to the antenna. You can watch TV using the provided Chromecast (behind the screen) and the Molotov application.
• You also have a small bedroom (pictured at the back of the apartment, behind the glass partition of the kitchen) with a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom.
• The bathroom is located in the bedroom without being separated. Independent toilet.
• Finally, the mezzanine (considered as a second bedroom) is equipped with a double bed (140x190). Its height is 1.50m.
