The total surface area of ​​this apartment is 36 m2 on one level + 12 m2 of mezzanine. On the ground floor, the apartment opens directly onto the street. Access is through a French door of 2.5m x 3m, with no other opening than the door.

The apartment is equipped with fans, which can be warm in summer. Upon entering the apartment, the space opens onto the living room/kitchen of 25 m2, elegant, bright, and practical at the same time, and fully equipped. The high table with high stools, and the sofa bed in the living room (sleeping for 2 small people), will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing or professional meetings. The kitchenette has all the essential equipment for daily use: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...

Note that the TVs are not connected to the antenna. You can watch TV using the provided Chromecast (behind the screen) and using the Molotov application.

You also have a small bedroom (in the presentation photo, at the back of the apartment, behind the glass partition of the kitchen) with a double bed 140x190, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Finally, the mezzanine (considered as a second bedroom) has a double bed 140x190. Its height is 1.50m, you will have to bend down but the exercise is achievable without being a contortionist...
